Decent flexibility, but watch the weekend asks
Pros: As a Social Media Manager, I really appreciated the WFH option. I could manage my schedule around personal stuff, which was great for work-life balance. They don't micromanage your hours much, which is a huge plus for this mid-sized agency.
Cons: Even with flexible hours, the client communication demands can creep into evenings. There's pressure to be available for campaigns, even on weekends sometimes. It's tough to fully disconnect when you're working remote.
Advice to Management: Really enforce boundaries around off-hours client communication. It's hard to leverage the remote flexibility when you feel tethered to your inbox constantly.

Pay is okay, but benefits could improve here
Pros: I've gotta say, the private health insurance here is pretty solid. It's a real plus working for a mid-sized agency. They also offer a decent training budget for marketing roles.
Cons: Salaries for a Digital Marketing Specialist in London aren't competitive enough. It's tough to save much on this pay. There's no performance bonus system, which feels like a miss.
Advice to Management: Review the current salary bands for all marketing roles. Implement a clear and fair performance bonus structure to motivate employees. Consider enhancing the retirement plan options to be more competitive in London.
