Solid Comp for a Recruitment Consultant
Pros: The commission structure is actually pretty good, especially as a Recruitment Consultant. If you hit your targets in the New York City office, you can make decent money. Health insurance benefits are solid too.
Cons: The base salary isn't anything to write home about, it's pretty standard for the recruitment industry. Don't expect huge bonuses unless you're a top performer. PTO could be better too, it feels a bit stingy.
Advice to Management: Think about increasing the base salary slightly to attract more talent. Also, a bit more PTO would go a long way for employee morale.

Decent Job Security for Recruiting Roles
Pros: The client base is pretty solid, which helps with job security in the recruiting industry. As an Account Manager, I've felt pretty secure with my position. The New York office has seen consistent, if not rapid, growth.
Cons: Sometimes there's pressure to hit aggressive targets, which can feel a bit shaky if you're not consistently closing deals. It's not always super transparent about future company plans or market shifts. Job security here could be more transparent.
Advice to Management: Keep improving communication about future company direction and market strategy. It helps us feel more secure, especially for staffing roles in a changing market.
