Tasks

What you'll do:

  • Support and develop (key) clients, and carry out necessary coordination for the services of Segment Aircraft Component Services
  • Responsible for customer contract revenue and profit. Prepare, review, and coordinate offers and business plans; handle board approvals as needed
  • Ensure the provision of services (according to the contract), identify improvement potential and develop measures for optimization together with the business units. Develop and implement measures to increase customer satisfaction
  • Organize and lead regular performance meetings with Segment Aircraft Component Services (ACS) and customer’s top management
  • Systematically enhance customer loyalty. Identify up selling potentials in existing customer contracts. Prepare technical documentation for negotiations with customers and prepare sales campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Negotiate adjustments to contracts in cooperation with business units and sales
  • Coordinate all customer service activities for assigned customers
  • Take on special tasks, collaborate in projects or lead them

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Candidates must possess a university or technical college degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Relevant professional experience in a customer relations / client servicing role, preferably in technical customer service/sales, maintenance of aircraft or material management
  • Strong customer service, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Must possess a legal work permit in HongKong
  • Expertise in commercial risk management and financial analysis, especially flat rate pricing
  • Excellent analytical and process planning skills
  • Knowledge of Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean preferred; Fluent in English
  • High service and customer orientation
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and self-confidence
  • Creative, proactive, and able to handle stress
  • Good MS-Office and SAP skills
  • Intercultural competence
  • Willingness to travel
