We are now looking for passionate and committed team members to work together for an annual flagship programme, deTour 2026 design festival.
Job Description
Our Expectation and Your Responsibilities
- Report to the Project Manager of the project, to assist in execution of exhibitions, events, conferences, promotional campaigns and other creative activities for an annual project celebrating and promoting design, arts and culture in Hong Kong.
- Assist in handling executional work for PR, media and social media promotion campaign for the overall events and each participating designer/ co-creator.
- Handle end-to-end event logistics, including data collection, overall coordination, insurance matters, communication with participants, as well as basic setup and move-in for event participants.
- Source and liaise with vendors for operations and venue services for the festival.
- Provide venue and event operations support such as visitor services, public programme event set-up, exhibits quality check.
- Coordinate and prepare all relevant documents related to the concerned programmes and events included in the project.
- Provide general administrative duties support to the project team.
- Irregular working hours may be required on an ad-hoc basis.
Experiences & Qualities
- At least 2 years of working experience in execution of exhibitions, events and promotional campaigns. Past working experience in the design, creative, art & cultural, operation field would be an advantage.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Demonstrate strong interest in design, creative, arts & cultural events.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Self-motivated, result-oriented person with a passion for excellence, both as a team leader and team player in a small energetic team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to establish good relationship with different stakeholders. Open-minded and sensible in dealing with different people with diverse backgrounds and cultures.
