Your Role

  • Provide comprehensive executive and secretarial support, coordinate and maintain calendars for management, including arranging internal and external meetings and appointments. including managing schedules for meetings, visits, events, and international travel.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents and telephone inquiries, while preparing general correspondence.
  • Collaborate with team members to organize and coordinate meetings and activities efficiently.
  • Deliver daily administrative and clerical support to ensure streamlined operations.
  • Assist with additional tasks and ad hoc projects as needed.

To Succeed In This Role

  • Form 5 / DSE or above; diploma in Business Administration or related discipline is an advantage, with minimum 3 years’ experience in secretarial / administrative role
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate with different parties in a timely and organized manner
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and detail-minded
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
