Job Description
As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Planning, managing, and supervising construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met effectively.
- Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency.
- Support with Tender bidding, conduct risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Preparing and presenting regular progress reports to senior management.
- Resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Project Manager Should Have
- Building Services or electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in managing construction projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in the Property industry.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
