About the role:
- Leasing & Tenancy Support: Actively support leasing activities—including lease renewals, terminations, rent reviews, documentation coordination, occupancy trend analysis, commercial term advisory, and cross-functional liaison between Property, Legal, and Finance teams.
- Financial & Performance Oversight: Prepare and manage annual budgets, monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and rental forecasts—ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with client and portfolio objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain trusted, proactive relationships with landlords, tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive collaboration, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial property management, asset services, or retail facility operations—experience in premium office, mixed-use, or landmark developments is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently: highly organised, detail-oriented, accountable, and solution-focused—with strong time management, prioritisation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills—in both English and Cantonese/Mandarin .
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office—particularly Excel (for financial modelling, reporting, and forecasting), PowerPoint (for stakeholder presentations), and Word (for documentation and correspondence).
