Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional reception services, including greeting guests and visitors, handling phone calls and public enquiries, and arranging IDD and teleconference calls for all staff

  • Liaise closely with the facilities management services contractor on visitor registration and visitor card issuance to ensure smooth reception operations

  • Oversee the performance of facility management services contractor at reception

  • Keep the telephone directory database and telephone console information up to date

  • Monitor lobby and reception counter operations during corporate events at HKIA Tower to minimize disruption

  • Support daily office administration, including receiving office supplies and coordinating courier deliveries

  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception counter and lobby

  • Prepare monthly statistics reports on reception services

  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned



Requirements:

  • Diploma graduate/ Secondary graduate or above

  • At least 5 years’ working experience preferably managing reception counter in sizeable organization

  • Excellent customer service skills in handling customers’ enquiries or complaints and greeting guests

  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong customer service mindset with professional telephone manner

  • Service–orientated, diplomatic, and professional

  • Proactive, enthusiastic, well-organized, confident and detail-oriented

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is preferred
