General administrative and secretarial work including conference room booking, scheduling, word processing, filing, and other tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements
F.5 / F.6 graduated or above
Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE)
Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese word processing and email system
At least 1 year’s relevant work experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English and Chinese
Proficiency in Putonghua an advantage but not a must
