Job Description
As a Financial Controller, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team for the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Driving internal controls of BUs and improving financial processes, and continuous improvement across all financial operations.
- Support CFO and Management to provide strategic financial insights for business decisions.
- Monitoring cash flow and managing financial risks effectively.
- Leading and mentoring the accounting and finance team.
- Collaborating with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Financial Controller Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA.
- Experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal control and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical thinking, eagerness to learn and problem-solving abilities.
- Good proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
