Assist to handle customer inquiries and ensuring timely, effective responses.
Responsible for after-sales operation supports, including data entry, data verification contract send out and report handling, and consistently meeting set deadlines.
Maintaining and updating data within the CRM system.
Confirmation of any changes of donor health history. Assist to obtaining documents from clients whenever necessary
Support operation in Macau territory
Handle the timely distribution of client-related documents and gifts.
Preparing letters, reports, and other necessary documents.
The flexibility to take on any other duties assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
3 years of relevant experience will be an advantage
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with different parties in a good relationship
Proficiency in computer literate and MS Office
