Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist to handle customer inquiries and ensuring timely, effective responses.
  • Responsible for after-sales operation supports, including data entry, data verification contract send out and report handling, and consistently meeting set deadlines.
  • Maintaining and updating data within the CRM system.
  • Confirmation of any changes of donor health history. Assist to obtaining documents from clients whenever necessary
  • Support operation in Macau territory
  • Handle the timely distribution of client-related documents and gifts.
  • Preparing letters, reports, and other necessary documents.
  • The flexibility to take on any other duties assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
  • 3 years of relevant experience will be an advantage
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with different parties in a good relationship
  • Proficiency in computer literate and MS Office
