Responsibilities:

Group Procurement manages strategic sourcing, sets out procurement policies & operating procedures across different business units of Sino Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Group’s strategic procurement function and leading a team to deliver end‑to‑end procurement and contract management services in support of all business units within the Group. The role involves partnering closely with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs, ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, and drive value through effective strategic sourcing. Key responsibilities include managing tender invitations, contract negotiations, vendor selection, and contract award process. In addition, he/ she will support the General Manager and Senior Manager in relation to the recently launched ERP project and analytics for Sino Group and its affiliated companies. The role will involve working closely with consultants to enhance Source‑to‑Pay processes and systems, optimizing supplier portal and master data management in collaboration with the Vendor Management Team and business units, and driving continuous improvement by incorporating industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sizeable organizations
• Solid experience in mastering or developing end to end ERP system is a definite advantage. IT knowledge or academic background is a plus
• Keen awareness of competitive activities and industry initiatives globally, with the ability to incorporate best practices into appropriate strategies
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making
• Self-motivation, well-organized, efficient, and demonstrable influencing, and negotiation skills
• Service-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
