Pros: You learn a ton really fast in the travel tech space. There's good exposure to new tech and big data challenges. The team is smart and collaborative, which really helps when deadlines hit hard.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough; expect more than 40-hour weeks sometimes. Project deadlines are often aggressive, making it hard to truly disconnect. WFH flexibility is there but sometimes feels like an extension of the workday.
Advice to Management: Try to set more realistic project timelines for your engineering teams. Encourage employees to truly disconnect outside of working hours, especially for core tech roles like Software Engineers. Burnout is a real concern.

Pros: The Bangkok office environment is pretty solid, it's easy to connect with folks face-to-face. As a Product Manager, I appreciate the opportunity to work on a global digital platform. There's a lot of smart people to learn from.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't the best, honestly. We have a strict hybrid model requiring 3 days onsite, which can be tough. It really limits remote options for those not living directly in Bangkok, even for tech roles.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more flexible work arrangements, like a 2-day hybrid option or full remote for specific roles. It would help retain talent in this competitive online travel agency market.
