Pros: The San Francisco office has a pretty relaxed vibe when project deadlines aren't looming. For product development, there's a lot of creative freedom, which is a big plus. We do get some decent WFH days when things are calm.
Cons: Sometimes, as a Product Designer, the rapid prototyping demands mean really long hours. Weekends can get eaten up during crunch times, making work-life balance tricky. There's not a lot of pushback on those intense periods from management.
Advice to Management: Management needs to better manage project scope and client expectations. It would help Product Designers avoid consistent crunch periods and improve overall team morale.
