Pros: The team environment is pretty supportive, especially for new hires getting into consumer goods manufacturing. You learn a lot if you're willing to dive in. It's a solid stepping stone for an onsite role in Jakarta.
Cons: Decision-making can be slow; there's a lot of bureaucracy typical for a large corporate. Work-life balance as a Production Supervisor sometimes struggles with long hours, and true work flexibility isn't really there.
