Pros: The team spirit among the production staff and engineers is pretty solid. We really help each other out on the EV battery manufacturing line. There's a decent sense of camaraderie when hitting tough targets in the Cikarang facility.
Cons: The company culture is definitely old-school and top-down. Management doesn't always listen to feedback from the floor, which can be frustrating for engineers. Innovation often gets stifled because of rigid processes and a focus on just hitting numbers.
