Pros: I've worked here for a couple years as a Software Engineer. They do offer a hybrid model which is pretty nice for our Jakarta office. It's good to have a few days working from home for software development tasks.
Cons: While the hybrid model exists, it's not super flexible on which days you can WFH. We often need manager approval and it's not always granted. For a mid-sized tech company, I think there's still a ways to go for true work flexibility.
Advice to Management: Give teams more autonomy on hybrid schedules. Trust your Software Engineers to manage their time and contribute without needing strict onsite oversight every day.

Pros: I learned a lot about Java and database management here, which is great for someone starting out in the software development industry. The team is collaborative, and the onsite work environment means you build good relationships with colleagues.
Cons: Leadership often makes decisions without enough input from the teams doing the actual work. Communication from the top can be unclear, especially regarding project direction and career growth paths. It's frustrating when you don't feel heard as an individual contributor.
Advice to Management: Try to involve the engineering teams more in strategic decisions. Regular, clear communication about company vision and individual career development would go a long way. Listen to your developers.
