Decent Work-Life, Some Good Perks
Pros: I've found the hybrid work model really helpful, spending a few days in the Jakarta office and some remote. It's mostly a standard 40-hour week, which is good for family time. They're pretty understanding if you need flexible start times too.
Cons: Sometimes project deadlines pile up, making for longer days, especially for Project Coordinator roles. It can be tough to completely disconnect on weekends because of urgent client requests in the sustainability industry. The 'always on' culture can be a bit draining.
Advice to Management: Try to set clearer boundaries around after-hours communication. Encourage teams to truly disconnect during non-work hours to prevent burnout, especially for those managing multiple projects.
