Pros: You learn a lot about the hospitality industry and F&B operations, which is good experience. As a Marketing Executive, you get exposure to a bunch of different brands. The team environment with colleagues is usually solid.
Cons: The career path isn't clear at all for internal staff. Promotions often seem to go to outside hires, not people already there. There's not much formal training or mentorship to help you advance in your role.
Advice to Management: Create clearer development paths for employees. Invest in internal training programs and actively promote from within. It'd boost morale and show people there's a future here.

Pros: You get solid experience in the fast-paced F&B industry. Some senior managers actually care about developing their teams, which is great for new Restaurant Manager roles. I also gained decent exposure to various restaurant concepts.
Cons: The biggest issue is leadership consistency; it's a real problem. Some regional managers are super supportive, but others tend to micromanage a lot. Training for new leaders isn't always thorough, impacting daily restaurant operations and team morale within this big corporate group.
Advice to Management: Invest more in comprehensive leadership training programs, especially for internal promotions. Clearer, more consistent communication from corporate leadership would help all teams, from Kitchen to Front of House, understand company goals better.
