Pros: The team is genuinely supportive. As a Sales Executive, I've found my colleagues in chemical distribution are always willing to help. We have a good, friendly vibe day-to-day.
Cons: The company culture feels pretty old-school. New ideas from younger staff, even for our industrial solutions, sometimes get brushed aside. There's not much room to innovate.
Advice to Management: Be more open to modern ways of thinking. Listen to the employees and encourage fresh perspectives, especially in our sales approach.
