Pros: They're pretty good about letting you take an hour or two for personal appointments, which is nice. For pure admin days, sometimes you can work remote, but it's not standard for exhibition planning. You get a solid team.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't really a thing here for Event Coordinator roles. Most of your time is onsite, especially during event prep and execution. Forget about a regular hybrid schedule; it's practically all in-office work in the Jakarta office.
Advice to Management: Try to offer more remote options for non-critical onsite days. It would really help with employee morale for Event Coordinator roles and improve work flexibility.
