Decent place, but culture can be rigid.
Pros: The team is pretty supportive, especially within my marketing department. You learn a lot about the network hardware market and router sales. There's good job security too, which is a plus for global corporate employees.
Cons: The company culture can feel really top-down. Not much room for creative input, even as a Product Marketing Specialist. It's mostly onsite work in the Jakarta office, so flexibility isn't really a thing here.
Advice to Management: Try to empower employees more and encourage new ideas. A bit more work flexibility would go a long way for morale.
