Pros: The team I worked with was super supportive, which made daily tasks pretty good. It's a stable corporate environment, so job security felt decent. You get to learn some basics in FMCG distribution.
Cons: Career growth as a Junior Project Coordinator is genuinely tough here. There aren't many clear promotion opportunities, and it feels like a dead end for project management roles. Senior positions often get filled by external hires, not much internal movement.
Advice to Management: Seriously focus on developing internal talent. Create clearer, more accessible promotion paths for dedicated employees instead of always looking outside. Invest in training for those who show potential.
