Pros: My direct manager in the Jakarta office was pretty supportive, which helped a lot as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. The company is pretty stable in the pharma industry, so job security felt solid. We also got some decent training for new product lines.
Cons: Higher leadership often seemed out of touch with what we faced daily. Decisions felt very top-down, and it wasn't always clear why things changed suddenly. There's not much room to give feedback to senior management, which can be tough when you're on the ground.
Advice to Management: Try to open up more communication channels with field teams. Listen to the Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives about market challenges; it really helps improve overall strategy.
