Pros: As a Software Engineer, I've had decent remote work options, especially with the hybrid model they offer. It's a solid place for SaaS development if you're into eCommerce marketing. My team really owns our projects.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't always consistent across departments, which can be tough. Sometimes it feels like you're always on, especially in a startup environment. You might find yourself working extra hours.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize work flexibility across all roles, not just engineering. And encourage people to truly disconnect after hours. It helps prevent burnout.
