Pros: I've been a Software Engineer here for a while. The remote work setup from Austin, TX is really solid, and they're pretty good about work-life balance for technical roles. Plus, the projects using their SaaS platform are usually interesting.
Cons: Job security here isn't the best, especially in the current tech industry climate. There have been some layoffs recently, which makes everyone a bit nervous about their position. Growth can feel a bit stagnant, too.
Advice to Management: Communicate more openly about company performance and future plans to ease job security concerns for your remote teams. Transparency would really help morale.
