Good people, culture feels different now
Pros: The team spirit was super strong, especially early on. We genuinely had fun working on new game concepts. Everyone was always ready to help out, which was great for us Game Developers.
Cons: The 'startup' vibe is definitely fading. It feels more structured, almost corporate, as Tripledot grows. Sometimes the pressure for frequent game launches gets really intense, making work-life balance a challenge.
Advice to Management: Try to hold onto that original creative and collaborative spirit. Don't lose what made the company special as it scales up.

Decent balance, but can get busy sometimes
Pros: As a Game Developer, the hybrid model in the London office is pretty good. We get WFH days which helps with personal stuff. They really try to give you decent PTO, which is a plus for work-life balance in the mobile gaming industry.
Cons: Sometimes, when we're close to a hypercasual game launch, the hours really ramp up. It's not constant crunch, but you can definitely feel the pressure in the gaming industry when deadlines hit.
Advice to Management: Try to buffer release schedules better to avoid last-minute long hours for the development teams. It would help with consistency.
