Pros: I do like that Hires offers some form of a hybrid work model. Being able to be in the Austin office a couple of days a week for recruiting roles helps with team collaboration. We get solid equipment for working from home too.
Cons: The 'hybrid' schedule feels pretty rigid sometimes. It's tough to swap office days around, even as a Recruiter, which limits real work flexibility. I wish there were more true remote options or flexibility in scheduling office time.
Advice to Management: Re-evaluate the definition of 'hybrid' and offer more genuine flexibility, especially for roles that can be done remotely. It would greatly improve employee satisfaction and work-life balance.
