Leadership is Decent, But Could Be Stronger
Pros: I've learned a ton as a CRM Specialist, and my direct manager was always supportive. There are good internal trainings available, which is a plus for skill development in this field.
Cons: Strategic direction from top leadership can feel a bit all over the place sometimes. It often feels like they don't really get what ground-level teams need, especially in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Advice to Management: Try to get more input from teams before making big strategic decisions. Better communication from the top down would make a huge difference for everyone.
