Pros: The team dynamic in the Jakarta office is pretty solid, everyone's super helpful. You get decent exposure to how a big corporate logistics company runs its daily delivery operations.
Cons: Career growth isn't great for a Logistics Coordinator like me. There aren't many clear paths to move up, and promotions are seriously slow. It feels like you hit a ceiling fast, especially in parcel services roles.
Advice to Management: Management should really work on creating clearer career progression plans for operational staff. Invest more in training and mentorship for those in logistics roles, so they can actually see a path forward.
