Pros: The team here is super collaborative, which is great for tackling tough SEO campaigns and social media strategy. I like the autonomy for my daily tasks. WFH flexibility is a big plus for digital marketing roles.

Pros: The hybrid model is solid for the most part; we get 2 days WFH, which helps with commuting in Jakarta. For a Junior Software Engineer, it's a decent start to understanding how things run in a digital marketing environment.
Cons: Sometimes it feels like some teams have more flexibility than others, which is frustrating. They really push the 3 days in office, so it's not truly flexible if you need more remote work options.
Advice to Management: Try to make the flexibility policies more consistent across all teams. It would really help with employee morale and retention, especially for the tech roles.
