Pros: I really liked the energy among my peers here at this tech startup. Everyone's pretty collaborative and willing to help out, especially for marketing roles. There are fun team events in the Jakarta office sometimes.
Cons: It felt like the company culture got a bit less personal as we grew. Communication from top leadership wasn't always clear, which made things confusing. There's also a bit of a 'hustle culture' expectation that can be tough.
Advice to Management: Focus on keeping that early-stage collaborative spirit alive as you scale. Better communication from leadership on vision and changes would help a lot.
