Pros: The base salary as a Software Engineer is pretty decent for a mid-size tech company. They offer good health insurance plans, which is a huge plus. My 401k match is also solid, which I appreciate for long-term planning.
Cons: Bonuses aren't really a thing here, which can be tough in the SaaS industry. PTO is also a bit stingy compared to other remote roles I've had. Don't expect huge perks beyond the basics for a company this size.
