Pros: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, the base salary was pretty solid for a smaller marketing agency. Being fully remote was a huge perk and helped a lot with work-life balance. You don't get that flexibility everywhere.
Cons: The health benefits package really wasn't competitive, especially compared to what you see at other places. There's also no 401k match, which is tough for long-term savings. It felt like they skimped here.
Advice to Management: Seriously look at improving the benefits package, especially healthcare options and adding a 401k match. It's becoming a major reason employees leave and it helps attract top talent to a remote marketing agency.
