Decent place, but work-life can be tough for designers
Pros: I've learned a lot here as a Junior Graphic Designer. The team in the Los Angeles office is super supportive. We get to work on some really interesting design projects for big clients.
Cons: Work-life balance here is usually fine, but it can get pretty bad during crunch times. Expect to put in long hours for big creative agency campaigns. Hybrid work helps, but it doesn't always cut the extra time needed.
Advice to Management: Try to plan project timelines more realistically for design projects. It would help prevent burnout among the creative teams.

Solid Creative Agency, Good for Illustrators
Pros: The team culture at this creative agency is really supportive. Everyone, from the art directors to fellow illustrators, is genuinely nice and ready to help. It's a great environment for design professionals looking to collaborate.
Cons: Sometimes, the project deadlines could get really tight, which meant some longer hours. There's also not a super clear path for career growth if you're looking to move up fast within the company, especially for junior roles.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating more structured pathways for employee career development, especially for roles like graphic designers and illustrators. Also, try to manage project load better to avoid constant crunch times.

Okay for starting out, but growth is slow
Pros: As a Junior Graphic Designer, I learned a ton about client projects for various digital marketing campaigns. The team here is super collaborative, which was great for figuring things out.
Cons: Career growth is tough if you don't actively fight for new responsibilities. There aren't many clear paths for advancement in this mid-sized creative agency.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating clearer career ladders and mentorship programs for your creative staff. Giving Junior Graphic Designers more challenging projects earlier on would really help with skill development and retention.
