WFH is okay, but true flexibility is missing
Pros: I liked working remote from Germany, especially the decent WFH setup they provided. As a Customer Support Specialist, it really helped me avoid a commute.
Cons: Even for remote web hosting jobs, the hours were super strict. There's not much room for flexible scheduling or adjusting your start/end times easily. It felt pretty rigid.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into more adaptable schedules, especially for remote customer support teams. It would boost morale and reduce agent burnout in this digital services industry.

Leadership is hit or miss, honestly
Pros: Some team leads are really supportive. As a junior web developer, I got decent mentorship from them. They genuinely try to help you grow in the web hosting industry.
Cons: Upper management struggles with clear communication. It's tough getting decisions made, which impacts project timelines. There's not enough vision from the top, especially in our Copenhagen office.
Advice to Management: Work on improving internal communication channels. Managers need more training on providing clear direction and managing expectations for the engineering teams.
