Pros: The team itself is great, super supportive and you learn a lot about client solutions. There's a decent vibe with colleagues in the Jakarta office, making the day-to-day bearable. For new Project Coordinator roles, it's a good place to gain initial experience.
Cons: Leadership often feels out of touch with daily operations on our IT consulting projects. Decisions can be really slow, which holds up progress. It's hard to get clear direction for deliverables, especially when managing multiple mid-sized company projects.
Advice to Management: Try to engage more with the teams on the ground and understand the day-to-day challenges. Improve communication channels for project updates. Give clearer, more consistent direction for the development of IT solutions.
