Pros: The team in the New York office was really supportive and chill. I learned a lot about managing client accounts and different ad platforms. It's a pretty social place, good for networking in the digital marketing industry.
Cons: Career growth just wasn't there for a Digital Marketing Specialist. There weren't clear promotion paths or opportunities to lead bigger ad campaigns. I felt like I hit a ceiling after about a year.
Advice to Management: Create clearer progression paths for junior and mid-level roles. Invest in training and development to help people grow beyond their initial job description.
