Job Description
Design, deploy, operate and improve enterprise information security solutions to protect confidentiality, integrity and availability of Williams‑Sonoma information assets.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of firewalls, identity management, endpoint protection, vulnerability assessment tools and SIEMs.
- Understanding of networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, IPSec, SSL/TLS) and web proxy functions.
- Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, Perl, Ruby or similar) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy and manage security infrastructure and tools (SIEM, firewalls, vulnerability scanners, AV, MFA, identity systems).
- Define and implement detection capabilities, data sources and tuning to detect and remediate malicious activity.
- Analyze existing security processes, recommend improvements and lead implementation of solutions.
- Collaborate with DevOps and IT to ensure secure configurations, perform security reviews and manage remediation.
- Manage remediation of security issues with technology and business teams and produce operational documentation.
- Develop automation to improve security and compliance workflows and transfer skills to other team members.
- Provide training and guidance on information security policies and procedures.
