Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview scheduling)
Source and identify potential candidates through various platforms
Conduct initial CV screening and shortlisting based on requirements
Coordinate interview processes with candidates and internal team
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker
Support employer branding initiatives (job posts, career content, etc.)
Assist in administrative tasks related to hiring and onboarding
Requirements
Fresh graduate or final-year student (preferably from Psychology, Management, or related field)
Available for full-time, Work From Office (Surabaya)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with LinkedIn or recruitment platforms is a plus
Basic understanding of recruitment process is a plus, but not mandatory
