Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview scheduling)
  • Source and identify potential candidates through various platforms
  • Conduct initial CV screening and shortlisting based on requirements
  • Coordinate interview processes with candidates and internal team
  • Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker
  • Support employer branding initiatives (job posts, career content, etc.)
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to hiring and onboarding

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or final-year student (preferably from Psychology, Management, or related field)
  • Available for full-time, Work From Office (Surabaya)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with LinkedIn or recruitment platforms is a plus
  • Basic understanding of recruitment process is a plus, but not mandatory
