🔹 Job Description

  • Support end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, to interview coordination
  • Source potential candidates through various platforms and channels
  • Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and users
  • Maintain good relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines

🔹 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, especially for Tech Roles (plus SAP)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Available to join immediately and willing to work in Bogor
