Okay Work-Life if You Manage Your Time
Pros: The flexibility for us Property Sales Executives is decent if you hit your targets. You can often work on your own schedule when dealing with clients for new housing projects. It's not a strict 9-5 sometimes.
Cons: But during new property launches, forget about work-life balance. Expect long hours and weekend shifts, especially in the competitive Kuala Lumpur market. It's tough when you're trying to close deals and meet deadlines.
Advice to Management: Management should try to implement better support during property launch periods. It'd help avoid burnout for the sales team and improve overall well-being.

Leadership has good intentions but needs execution.
Pros: You get good exposure to different residential projects as a Property Manager. Team leads are generally supportive and responsive when you need help. There's a solid focus on learning the ropes of property development from the ground up.
Cons: Senior leadership can be a bit disconnected from daily operations in the Kuala Lumpur office. Decisions sometimes feel slow, which impacts our project timelines for new real estate developments. There's not always clear communication on strategic changes for the company.
Advice to Management: Focus on bridging the gap between senior management and ground-level teams. More transparency in decision-making and project planning would really help boost morale and efficiency.

Okay for Property Sales, Culture Needs Work
Pros: As a Property Sales Executive, I've found the team in the Kuala Lumpur office to be pretty supportive. There's good camaraderie when closing deals, which helps in the competitive real estate industry.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit traditional and slow to adapt. It's hard to get new ideas through, and sometimes the pressure for targets feels intense, impacting team morale.
Advice to Management: Management should really listen to employee feedback more. Modernizing the company culture and finding ways to reduce sales pressure without sacrificing targets would help a lot with retention for roles like Property Sales Executive.
