Cons: Senior leadership can be a bit disconnected from daily operations in the Kuala Lumpur office. Decisions sometimes feel slow, which impacts our project timelines for new real estate developments. There's not always clear communication on strategic changes for the company.
Advice to Management: Focus on bridging the gap between senior management and ground-level teams. More transparency in decision-making and project planning would really help boost morale and efficiency.
