Pros: As an Account Manager here, I've had some good stretches with decent work-life balance, especially when not closing big deals. The team in the Singapore office is supportive, which helps a lot when things get busy. Hybrid work flexibility is a definite plus.
Cons: However, the FinTech industry can be demanding. There are definitely periods, especially around quarter-ends, where 50+ hour weeks are common. It's tough to truly disconnect when client deadlines are looming.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage peak workloads to prevent burnout, especially for client-facing roles. More support during busy periods would be great.
