Pros: The team is generally good, and I learned a lot about the label printing process. Pay is decent for a production planner role in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Job security feels pretty solid too.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't really a thing here. You're mostly onsite, and the schedule is fixed, which can be tough. Don't expect to WFH much, so remote work options are nonexistent.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more hybrid options for roles that don't require constant floor presence. It would help with retention.
