Pros: As an International Student Recruiter, I appreciated the hybrid work arrangement. It's nice to have a few days working from home each week. The Melbourne office is good for team collaboration.
Cons: There's not much flexibility with core hours, even for remote days. It can be tough if you have appointments or need to start early/late sometimes. This corporate setup feels a bit rigid.
Advice to Management: Consider allowing more flexible core hours, especially for remote employees. Trust your team more to manage their time effectively.
