Great Place for Software Engineers to Grow and Learn
Pros: As a Software Engineer, I've appreciated the collaborative team and ample learning opportunities here. The hybrid work schedule provides great flexibility and work-life balance. It's a stable software company with competitive pay and solid job security in the tech industry.
Cons: Project approval workflows can occasionally be slow, impacting timelines. While pay and benefits are competitive, the career progression path for engineers feels somewhat less structured, potentially slowing promotions.
Advice to Management: Focus on streamlining internal approval processes to boost efficiency and provide clearer, more consistent guidelines for career progression and promotions within engineering roles.

Good culture if you're a self-starter.
Pros: You get to work on pretty cool tech and solve real problems for clients in the leisure and attractions sector. The team is generally smart and supportive. They offer some hybrid work flexibility, which is nice.
Cons: The culture can feel a bit cliquey at times, especially if you're new or on a different team. Communication from leadership isn't always clear, which makes it tough to know where things are headed. There's not always a ton of social interaction or team building outside of specific projects.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more cross-team interaction and make communication more transparent. Invest in team-building for everyone, not just specific groups.
