Pros: The job security is solid for the supply chain industry. You'll always have work, which is nice. The benefits for an onsite role at the Exton, PA office are decent, and they pay reliably.
Cons: Work flexibility here is pretty low. As a Logistics Coordinator, there are no remote options and hardly any hybrid schedules for warehouse operations roles. It's a standard 8-5, M-F with little room to adjust personal commitments.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more flexible work options, especially for roles that don't require constant onsite presence. Even a hybrid model would help with employee retention.

Pros: Job security is solid here, especially for onsite roles like mine in Exton, PA. There's always work coming in, keeping the supply chain moving. You won't worry about layoffs much.
Cons: Career growth isn't super fast as a Repair Technician; it's pretty flat. Pay is decent, but not competitive with tech companies, and work-life balance can get tough during peak times.
Advice to Management: Focus on pathways for internal promotions and better training for advanced repair roles. Invest more in employee development programs.

Pros: As a warehouse associate, my shifts were pretty regular. I appreciated the set schedule; it made planning personal stuff easier in this logistics industry. Most weeks, it's a solid 40 hour week.
Cons: The biggest downside is mandatory overtime. Sometimes they spring it on you last minute, which totally messes up your work-life balance. It's tough when you already have personal plans.
Advice to Management: Try to give more advance notice for mandatory overtime shifts. It really helps employees plan their personal lives better and manage their time outside of work.
