Pros: I've really enjoyed my time here as a Software Engineer. The work-life balance is pretty solid, which is a big deal for me. We have a great hybrid work model, allowing for real work flexibility that helps manage personal commitments. The team is super supportive, always willing to help out and collaborate on projects. It's a good environment to learn and develop new skills in the software industry.
Cons: One thing that could be smoother is the approval process for new features; sometimes it feels a bit slow, which can delay project timelines and impact our sprint goals. Also, while there are learning opportunities, career advancement for software engineers can sometimes feel a little gradual. You need to really push for those next steps, but it is achievable with effort.
Advice to Management: Streamline the approval processes to avoid project delays and provide clearer pathways for career advancement for technical staff.

Pros: The best part is definitely the local site team. We really bonded working in community association management. You get to meet a lot of interesting people in the Irvine, CA office.
Cons: The overall company culture can feel a bit cliquey, especially at the corporate level. As a Community Manager, I often felt like my ideas weren't always heard. It's a very traditional, corporate environment.
Advice to Management: Try to foster a more inclusive environment across all levels, not just within individual site teams. Listen to your on-site property management staff more.

Pros: You'll definitely get solid experience in residential services and community management. They do offer some internal training, which helps you learn the ropes. It's a stable company, which is a plus for job security.
Cons: Career growth is pretty slow, even as a dedicated Community Manager. There aren't many clear advancement paths beyond moving up to a senior role, and those positions are rare in the Scottsdale, AZ office. You kinda have to wait for someone to leave.
Advice to Management: Management should really focus on creating clearer and quicker career paths for their community management professionals. It'd make people feel more invested.
