Pros: As a Software Engineer, the work on autonomous vehicles is super interesting and you learn a ton. There's good potential for career growth here, and the team in the LA office is really collaborative. We get some flexibility for WFH when needed.
Cons: The work-life balance can get tough, especially when deadlines hit for our last-mile delivery robots. It's common to put in more than 40 hours a week, which isn't ideal if you're looking for a strict 9-to-5. It's a startup, so expect to be busy.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage the project timelines and resource allocation. It would help a lot with preventing burnout for the engineering teams.
